My third collage in the 220 series. Let's Make a Collage - A Contest for All Creatives on Hive - Round 220 - ✨100 HIVE in the Prize Pool!
In this collage, I'm focusing on a very high-profile celebration that is still going on in some places (like here), even though it's been two weeks :) I think this mood will continue for the rest of the year. 😵💫
Humans (and gods) of all ages have loved to have fun. From the time of the Greek god Dionysus to the Roman Bacchus, and finally, the Christian feast of St Martin when grape juice turns to wine, the desire for fun and pleasure has remained unbroken throughout history. This deep-rooted need for pleasure is expressed in different ways in all cultures. Coming from an ancient Christian tradition, the one closest to me is the one mentioned above. The norms of what is socially acceptable and what is not change over time, but this need to have fun is deep in the memes.

The creation process
I created the collage using Photoshop. I've taken the base image as a background and changed the water to the wine. Then, I took some objects from the Pixabay and LMAC gallery, processed them, and placed them in layers on the background.
