We always carved our pumpkins for Halloween. The kids were small and had a lot of fun. Now they're a bit older and not interested in it anymore; it's just a night out :)
We are more modest this year as we don't have our decorative pumpkins. But our neighbors have them, so that's something, too.

Lovely designs. We carved pumpkins also so that our mom could bake pies. It was the most wonderful time of the year. Not scary at all to us.
